NovasTramp 1 chapter 1

AND it came to pass that as many as would not hearken to the words of the Constitution and Common Sense were gathered together against their brethren.

And now behold, they were exceedingly wroth, insomuch that they were determined to slay them which followed Common Sense.

Now the leader of those who were wroth against their brethren was a large and a strong man; and his name was Obama.

And Obama was desirous to be a king; and those people who were wroth were also desirous that he should be their king; and they were the greater part of them the lower people and the lawmakers of the land, and they were seeking for power.

And they had been led by the flatteries of Obama that if they would support him and establish him to be their king that he would make them rulers over the people.

Thus they were led away by Obama to dissensions, notwithstanding the preaching of Common Sense and his followers, yea, notwithstanding their exceedingly great care over the constitution, for they were devout believers over the constitution.

And there were many in the constitution who believed in the flattering words of Obama, therefore they dissented even from the constitution; and thus were the affairs of the people of America exceedingly precarious and dangerous, notwithstanding their great victory which they had had over the Communism, and their great rejoicings which they had had because of their deliverance by the hand of the Lord.

Thus we see how quick the children of the United States do forget the Lord their God, yea, how quick to do iniquity, and to be led away by the evil one.

Yea, and we also see the great wickedness one very wicked man can cause to take place among the children of men.

Yea, we see that Obama, because he was a man of cunning device and a man of many flattering words, that he led away the hearts of many people to do wickedly; yea, and to seek to destroy the constitution of God, and to destroy the foundation of liberty which God had granted unto them, or which blessing God had sent upon the face of the land for the righteous’ sake.

And now it came to pass that when “We the People” (Moroni (YOU), who are the rightful chief and commander of the United States Government, were aroused and had heard of these dissensions, he was angry with Obama.

And it came to pass that certain of the People rent their coat; and took a piece thereof, and wrote upon it—In memory of our God, our Constitution, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children—and they fastened it upon the end of a poles.

And they fastened on his head-plate, and his breastplate, and his shields, and girded on their armor about their loins; and they took the poles, which had on the end thereof his rent coat, (and they called it the title of liberty) and they bowed to the earth, and they prayed mightily unto God for the blessings of liberty to rest upon them, so long as there should a band of 912ers remain to possess the land—

For thus were all the true followers of the Constitution, who believed the document was divinely inspired, called by those who did not embrace the Constitution.

And those who did belong to the constitution were faithful; yea, all those who were true believers in a Creator took upon them, gladly, the name of 912ers, because of their belief in a Creator who had endowed certain rights.

And therefore, at this time, “We the People” pray that the cause of the 912ers, and the freedom of the land might be favored, A chosen land, and the land of liberty.

Surely our creator shall not suffer that we, who are despised because we take upon us the name of 912ers, shall be trodden down and destroyed, until we bring it upon us by our own transgressions of inaction.

And when “We the People” have said these words, we went forth among the people, waving the rent part of his garment, the title of liberty, in the air, that all might see the writing which he had written upon the rent part, and crying with a loud voice, saying:

Behold, whosoever will maintain this title upon the land, let them come forth in the strength of the Constitution and enter into a covenant that they will maintain their rights, and their Constitution, that the our Creator may bless them.

And it came to pass that when “We the People had proclaimed these words, behold, the people came running together with their armor girded about their loins, rending their garments in token, or as a covenant, that they would not forsake America and the Constitution; or, in other words, if they should transgress the constitution, or fall into transgression, and be ashamed to be a citizen and take upon them the name of the United States, they would rend themselves from society even as they had rent their garments.

Now this was the covenant which they made Yea, let us preserve our liberty as a remnant of the Founding Fathers; yea, let us remember the words of The Founding Fathers, for behold, the evils of tyranny shall cause the People to be trodden under foot; or our garments shall be rent by our brethren, and we be cast into prison, or be sold, or be slain……
